Challenge Description
50 Days: The Devotion 🌒 (Days 11–50):
Return to each foundational combination with an enhancement — small adjustments that deepen your awareness, refine your control, and invite embodiment. The same movements with greater demands: tempo, balance, musicality, coordination.

- Breath Cue
Rather than chasing novelty, we return to depth. Like tending a fire, you work with the same wood, but each time the flame reveals new warmth.

Challenge Design
This challenge is structured in three phases that are each complete and whole:
10 Days: The Initiation 🌑 (Days 1–10)
50 Days: The Devotion 🌒 (Days 11–60)
100 Days: The Embodiment 🌕 (Days 61–100)
